Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial operations and technical sales in the Atacama Region. The ideal candidate will be a qualified engineer with deep knowledge of mining process products and a proven track record of managing high-value industrial accounts. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategies and technical-commercial proposals for major mining clients in the region. Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their operational needs to offer tailored engineering solutions. Identify new business opportunities and ensure market share growth for mining process products. Provide technical expertise and commercial support throughout the entire sales cycle. Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience: Proven experience in technical sales and commercial management within the mining sector. Solid knowledge of mining process products/equipment is required. Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Copiapó (Atacama Region). Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation skills, business acumen, and a strong drive for professional growth.
