LM Specialist (INT)- Fully Remote- USA based company

Language Matters is an Indiana, USA based language company that especializes in translation, interpretation, cultural training, and language access research.Specialists take on the meaningful and exciting task of supporting the growth and maintenance of Language Matters. Specialists will assist Managers and Directors as they deliver services to clients and take on a variety of roles such as: tutoring, call center, and translation services as requested by company Managers and Directors.This is a Remote positionFull-Time Position: 4 0 hours per weekCompensation: $ 8 6 6. 0 0 - $ 1, 0 0 0. 0 0 (USD) per monthMajor Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain consistent communication with Managers, Specialists, and other business partners Support LM Management team as they deliver a variety of services to clients Assist in the LM Bilingual Call Centers Tutor LM tutoring clients (English, Spanish) Support leadership and current Language Specialists with translation projects Support leadership with business development and communication projects Make recommendations to Management team to improve the services provided Support Managers as they train other SpecialistsKey Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills Organized (ability to take part in multiple projects simultaneously) Team player (periodic reports of progress and blockers to LM Management team) Learner mentality (recognizes room for growth, willingness to learn) Flexible and adaptableQualifications: Bilingual: Proficient in both Spanish and English Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Business or Communications preferred but not necessary) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 2 years of experience (preferred but not required)Additional Information/Perks: Remote Job (Eastern Time zone) Potential for rapid-advancement within the organization Profit SharingCandidates must fill out internal form to be considered: *Interview process to be conducted in English
