Some of the best-known retailers and prominent names in global media rely on our solution daily to power their advertising.Overview:The Financial Analyst will serve as the primary link between raw accounting actuals, commercial strategy, and executive decision-making. As this is a newly created role with complete freedom to build processes from scratch, this position is designed for an ambitious, highly proactive "go-getter" who thrives in dynamic, agile scale-up environments.Rather than executing routine transactional tasks, you will be empowered to independently investigate operational numbers, challenge margins, identify profit leaks, and build financial models alongside leadership.This role offers an exceptional growth trajectory for a high-potential self-starter looking to shape and eventually build out the company’s internal finance function from the ground up.Responsibilities include: Proactively collaborating across departments (i.e.

Sales, Internal Operations/Invoicing) to understand business drivers, verify operational costs, and evaluate unit economics. Actively analyzing and questioning financial numbers (e.g., software tool utilization, overhead expenses) to flag inefficiencies and protect profit margins. Building, maintaining, and updating revenue projections, profit & loss (P&L) models, and cash flow forecasts to support strategic planning with the CEO.

Translating monthly accounting actuals into actionable executive insights, variance reports, and forward-looking financial reviews without performing transactional accounting (AP/AR, tax, payroll). Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis, ROI evaluations, and scenario planning for new business initiatives, pricing models, and operational changes. Documenting financial workflows, metrics libraries, and internal reporting playbooks as the finance function grows.

Utilizing modern productivity and AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, advanced spreadsheet formulas) to accelerate data processing and workflow automation. Maintaining clean data integrity across internal tracking sheets and executive reporting tools.Qualifications: 1–2 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial operations. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, or related quantitative field with strong academic standing.

Fluent English (C1/C2) for daily executive communication. High mathematical comfort and solid grasp of core financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Self-directed "go-getter" who thrives in agile environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and solves problems independently.

Detail-oriented owner mentality, eager to understand business drivers and proactively question margin discrepancies. Enthusiasm for leveraging modern AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to automate data workflows.
