How You'll Make An Impact Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align commercial efforts. Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients and senior stakeholders.

Negotiate complex contracts with favorable outcomes. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.

Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performing team. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.Your background Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in a relevant industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets consistently.

Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and new business development. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
